Throughout your lives you always hear that the choices and decisions you make will depend on the consequences you face afterwards. I have always heard this but never truely beleived this saying applied to my life.
This last year I realized how much of a mom I am. Now before you all have heart attacks, no, I'm not pregnant, but I truely believe that mothers have a silent connection with their children even before seeing them. I often find myself praying for my children, wondering when ill meet them, and glad that they are in a much better place than i am. I truely and whole heartedly believe that your children are watching your every move. They are with our Heavenly Father watching us and protecting us and whispering to the Holy Ghost to make sure that mommy does the right thing so they may have a body one day. I can feel their presence sometimes, their spirits surrounding me with comfort when I am going through trials or just having a bad day. I know they know me and somewhere they're comforting their dad too.
Saying this has brought me to my main point of this entry. We need to be careful of our actions and choices of words and who we surround ourselves with daily. This is important for not only our lives but generations after us. Every choice we make affects our children, their children, etc. etc.
I want to always live my life righteously and obediently for my children. I would hate to know that I made a wrong decision in my life that prevented my daughter or son from coming to Earth and receiving a body and an Eternal family. Its so so important to have a strong testimony with your Heavenly Father to stay in touch with him and ask of his help and comfort when you just can't seem to do it on your own. That's why we have the gift and priviledge of prayer. Pray to know that big decisions you make in your life are the right ones so you can always stay on the right path of having a worthy eternal companion and family.
